Refund Policy

No Refunds

Faraja’ Styls does not offer refunds unless an item is received defective or damaged. Exchanges may be considered if the requested item is available; however, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.


Exchanges

Due to frequent inventory changes in styles, colors, and sizing, Faraja’ Styls cannot guarantee the availability of the same item for exchange. If an exchange is not available, we recommend returning the item in accordance with our return policy and placing a new order once the return has been processed.


Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of receipt.

Please allow 48–72 hours for our returns team to respond. Claims submitted after 2 days of delivery will not be eligible for store credit or exchange.


Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively after a purchase is completed. Please review your order carefully before submitting. "Approved cancellations may be subject to a consultation and administrative fee. Fees cover time spent on order review, communication, sourcing, design preparation, and administrative work completed prior to cancellation."

Handmade Cups and or Tumblers

All tumblers and custom products are handmade with care. Due to the nature of sublimation, epoxy, glitter, and rhinestone applications, slight variations may occur. Minor imperfections—such as small bubbles, color variations, or placement differences—are a natural part of the handmade process and do not affect product functionality.

Custom & Personalized Order Policy

All custom and personalized orders are final. Due to the unique nature of customized products, we do not offer cancellations, refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credits once an order has been placed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including names, dates, colors, sizes, design selections, images, spelling, and shipping information prior to completing their purchase.

Once a custom or personalized order is submitted, production may begin immediately. As a result, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded for any reason, including change of mind, event cancellations, ordering errors, or failure to read product descriptions and processing times.

Faraja' Styls is not responsible for customer-provided errors, including incorrect spelling, dates, names, sizes, colors, addresses, or uploaded images.

CUSTOM HAT ORDER POLICY

All custom hat orders are made specifically for each customer and are considered final sale. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credits once an order has been placed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting payment, including hat style, color, size, patches, wording, images, embellishments, rhinestones, design selections, and shipping information.

Mockups, digital proofs, and design previews are provided for reference only. Minor variations in placement, patch appearance, colors, rhinestones, embellishments, and finished products may occur due to the handmade nature of custom items.

Once an order is submitted, production may begin immediately. Orders cannot be changed, modified, canceled, or refunded due to change of mind, event cancellations, ordering errors, shipping delays, or failure to review product details and processing times.

Faraja' Styls is not responsible for customer-provided errors, including incorrect spelling, names, dates, images, colors, addresses, or design selections approved by the customer.

Custom hats are handmade and may contain slight variations that make each piece unique.

Patch Order Policy

All patch sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges for any patch orders once a purchase has been completed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before submitting payment, including patch selection, quantities, shipping information, and billing details.

Orders begin processing upon receipt and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded for any reason, including accidental purchases, change of mind, or ordering errors made by the customer.

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product for review.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understand all care instructions and product details. Faraja’ Styls is not liable for damage caused by improper care, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
