Order Processing & Shipping

Faraja' Styls takes pride in creating quality handmade and customized products. Please review our processing times before placing your order. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Order status updates may also be viewed at www.farajastyls.com

Pre-Made Items
Pre-made items typically ship within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized items typically require 7–14 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, design complexity, and seasonal demand.

Bulk & Large Orders
Large quantity and bulk orders may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified if extended production time is needed.

Shipping Time
Shipping time is separate from processing time. Once your order has been shipped, delivery time is determined by the shipping carrier and is outside of our control.

Rush Orders
Rush services may be available for an additional fee and must be approved prior to placing an order.

Delays
Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to holidays, severe weather, supplier delays, high order volume, or circumstances beyond our control. Lost or Stolen Packages

Faraja’ Styls is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. All orders include tracking information. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

For missing, delayed, or misdelivered packages, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier:

Return Shipping (If Authorized)

If a return is authorized for defective or damaged items only, please include the original packing slip with your return shipment. Failure to include the packing slip may result in processing delays.

Return shipments may take several business days to reach us, depending on the carrier and shipping method. Customers are advised to retain proof of purchase and return tracking information. Faraja’ Styls is not responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
