Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Order status updates may also be viewed at www.farajastyls.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Faraja’ Styls is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. All orders include tracking information. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

For missing, delayed, or misdelivered packages, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier:

Return Shipping (If Authorized)

If a return is authorized for defective or damaged items only, please include the original packing slip with your return shipment. Failure to include the packing slip may result in processing delays.

Return shipments may take several business days to reach us, depending on the carrier and shipping method. Customers are advised to retain proof of purchase and return tracking information. Faraja’ Styls is not responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
