**Refund Policy**

**No Refunds:** Refunds are not available unless items are defective or damaged. Exchanges may be offered if the requested items are in stock, but the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

**Exchanges**

Due to frequent changes in our merchandise, including styles, quantities, and sizes, Faraja' Styls cannot guarantee the availability of specific styles, sizes, or colors for exchanges. We recommend returning the item(s) according to our return policy and placing a new order for the desired item once the return is processed.

**Damages and Issues**

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 2 days by contacting us at contact_farajastyls1@yahoo.com or 804-518-6615. Allow 48-72 hours for a response from our returns team. Items reported after 2 days will not be eligible for store credit.

**Order Cancellation**

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Discount codes cannot be applied after a purchase has been completed. Please review your order carefully before submission.

Handmade & Custom-Made Notice:
All tumblers are handmade with care, and slight variations may occur. Due to the nature of sublimation, epoxy, glitter, and rhinestones, small imperfections, such as minor bubbles, variations in color, or slight placement differences, may be present. These are natural in the handmade process and do not affect the functionality of the product.

Epoxy & Care Warning:

  • Epoxy resin is durable but not shatterproof. Dropping or rough handling may result in cracks or damage.
  • Do not expose to extreme heat or leave in a hot car for extended periods.
  • Not microwave or dishwasher safe. Hand wash only with mild soap and lukewarm water.
  • Avoid soaking or scrubbing with abrasive materials to maintain the integrity of the design.

Rhinestone Tumblers:

  • Each rhinestone is individually placed by hand with strong adhesive, but over time, some may loosen with frequent use. Handle with care.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water, excessive heat, or dropping, as this may compromise the adhesion of the rhinestones.

Sublimation Tumblers:

  • Colors may slightly differ from digital mock-ups due to screen variations and printing processes.
  • Designs are permanently infused but should still be handled with care to maintain longevity.

Order & Customization Policy:

  • All personalized/custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Please double-check spelling and design details before placing an order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
  • Processing and shipping times vary based on demand. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
