Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order is fulfilled, and you can track its status at www.farajastyls.com. **Lost or Stolen Packages**
Faraja' Styls is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Tracking information is provided for all shipments. Please verify that your shipping address is correct. For missing or delayed shipments, customers must file a claim with the United States Postal Service (USPS) at 1-800-275-8777 or with United Parcel Service (UPS) at 1-800-742-5877.
**Return Shipping (If Authorized)**
Please include the original packing slip (for defective or damaged items only) with your return package. Omitting the packing slip may delay the processing of your return. Depending on the shipping method and carrier, your return package may take several days to reach us. Retain your proof of purchase and tracking number, as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
